Net Lease
The Niki Group’s primary focus is net lease acquisitions in secondary markets that are well located, below market rent and highly recycleable. We are currently focused on acquiring properties leased to tenants that offer low cost goods or serve daily needs and are less reliant on discretionary income. The Niki Group has a long history of partnering with tenants on reverse build to suits and sale-leasebacks, providing customized leases and financing solutions for each situation.
